Warm Feta, Cherry Tomato & Green Bean Salad with a Lager Mustard & Honey Dressing

A simple & tasty side salad or quick snack for busy days. 😋

INGREDIENTS:

100g – Feta Cheese, cut into rectangles or squares.

100g – Cherry Tomatoes, washed & patted dry.

100g – Green Beans, washed & patted dry.

1 tsp – Herb Infused Canola Oil by Pure Mountain

1/2 tsp – Salt

1/4 tsp – Black Pepper

The Dressing:

1 tsp – Lager Mustard

1 tbsp – Honey

1 tsp – Herb Infused Canola Oil by Pure Mountain

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together, set aside the amount you will use and refrigerate the rest.

2. Add the salt and black pepper to the cherry tomatoes, green beans. Sauté them in the herb infused oil on a medium heat to the texture you prefer. I like mine a little crunchy – about 7-10 minutes.

3. Take the sautéed vegetables off the heat and serve onto a plate.

4. Add the feta cheese pieces onto the vegetables.

5. Drizzle the Lager Mustard & Honey dressing on the the salad and Voilà!
